Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Cost: All orders exceeding $100 qualify for FREE Standard Shipping. For orders under $100, a standard worldwide shipping fee of up to $16.80 per product applies.
Multi-Item Fee: A small, reduced shipping fee is applied for each additional product within an order, calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
Given the custom nature of our Print-On-Demand items, Redtorn Clothing Co. cannot accommodate returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, such as incorrect size selection or a change of mind.
Damaged / Defective: We guarantee a perfect product. Should your item arrive damaged or defective, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs.
Wrong Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, we will arrange a free replacement of the correct item.
Wrong Size Ordered: We are unable to exchange or refund items due to incorrect sizing selected by the customer. Please consult our size charts carefully before making a purchase of any unisex clothing item.
