How long does the entire delivery process take?
Processing Time: Orders typically ship out from our warehouse after 2–4 business days (weekends and holidays excluded). Your processing time starts the day we receive your order.
Delivery Time: Once shipped, deliveries usually happen within 10–15 business days.
Full Delivery Time: Orders are usually delivered within 15–20 business days. Actual timing can vary due to external factors like flight arrangements, weather, and customs.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are pleased to offer free global shipping worldwide.
What payment methods do you accept and what currency is used?
We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
All payments are made in AUD. Your bank will convert the total to your local currency after your payment has been processed.
What are the transit estimates after my order has shipped?
- USA / Canada / UK / EU: 7–15 business days
- Other regions: $\sim$10–20 business days
Please note that actual timing can vary due to carrier capacity, weather, customs, or peak-season volume.
Who pays for the shipping charges on returns?
The client is responsible for paying the return shipping expenses unless the item is faulty or wrong. This policy specifically applies to Cosplays.
What should I do if my tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received the package?
If your tracking shows "Delivered," please take these steps:
- Check your mailbox/porch and with household members/neighbors.
- Look for a notice left by the carrier.
- Contact your local carrier office with the tracking number for GPS/scan details.
We will share tracking details and support your inquiry, but we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for orders the carrier marks as delivered.
Tracking & Split Shipments
We email a tracking link for every parcel.
- Items in the same order may ship separately to speed up delivery. Each parcel will have its own tracking number.
- Note: Tracking links may take 24–72 hours to show movement after the label is created.
Address Accuracy & Changes
- Please ensure you enter a complete and correct shipping address at checkout (including house number, street, apartment/suite, city, state/province, ZIP/postal code, and phone).
- Address updates are possible only before shipment. Once a label is created or the parcel is handed to the carrier, we cannot modify the address.
- Parcels returned to us for incorrect/incomplete addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refusal can be reshipped once the correct address is confirmed (additional shipping charges may apply). Refunds are not available in these cases.
Delays & Lost-in-Transit
- Carriers occasionally experience delays outside our control (customs, weather, peak volume).
- If tracking shows no movement for 15+ business days (USA/CA/UK/EU) or 20+ business days (other regions), please email support@levicrew.com with your order number and tracking link.
- We will investigate and, once the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will arrange a replacement according to our Refund & Return Policy.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by your local customs or carrier.
- These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has shipped, unless the issue is our error.
- If a replacement is approved for a defective or incorrect item, we cover the exchange shipping per our Refund & Return Policy.
Order Verification & Fraud Prevention
- We may contact you to verify order details (e.g., address or payment review). Processing pauses until verification is completed to protect both you and us.
